We focus on owner-led businesses, independent professionals and small teams. You don’t need an internal technology department or a fully formed project brief. The consultation helps us assess whether we can be useful.
Do I need to know what to build?
No. Bring a specific issue, a business goal or a process you want to improve. We’ll look at your existing tools first and help you decide whether a configuration change, integration or custom software makes sense.
How do engagements and pricing work?
Our primary model is a monthly subscription for an agreed allowance of service hours. One-time projects are also available. We discuss the plan, hourly estimates, any separate software costs and approval limits with you before an engagement begins.
How quickly will you assess a request?
For active customers, we assess a complete request within two business days, excluding weekends and holidays, and provide an estimate or next step. This is an assessment window; the delivery schedule depends on the scope and is agreed separately.
Can you improve the software we already use?
Often, yes. We begin by checking what your current tools support, the access required and any restrictions or dependencies. If the work is a fit, we’ll propose an approach before changing your systems.
